Brief Description The Pasoport Program is a project of the Sunturians, a group of 100 young business leaders in El Paso, to provide assistance to selected students in the El Paso, Socorro and Ysleta Independent School Districts who have received scholarships to institutions of higher education outside of the Paso del Norte Region. The program is targeted to scholarship recipients from their respective university with the most acute financial need.
